My list

I have notice a trend on facebook lately. One person added a note of 25 random things about his/herself and another person had a list of 25 memories. I even saw a list of 10 things that make you angry. Lists seem to be the new thing, so today in Sacrament meeting I thought it would be a good idea to make a list of 25 blessing or things I'm grateful for.
Here is my list, in no particular order:
  1. My dog JJ he is such an angle! He is the sweetest boy and minds almost perfectly.
  2. My dog KC he is my sunshine. He is the happiest dog I have ever seen.
  3. My dogs unconditional love. If I leave the house for 5 minutes they both will attack me with love and gratitude that I am home.
  4. Neal (my hubby) and his love for me.
  5. Our home: for the shelter it provides as well as the comfort.
  6. My job and for the opportunity it provides me to help others and make a difference.
  7. My car: it is reliable and just what I wanted (almost)
  8. The atonement!!! need I say more?
  9. My faith
  10. The Lords unconditional love.
  11. The Lords infinite mercy.
  12. My testimony of the restoration of the gospel.
  13. My family...love them!
  14. My friends...love them too!
  15. Grass in my backyard its my little piece of home.
  16. Neal's willingness & love of keeping the grass green.
  17. My ward family...their love, support & example
  18. My education. Thank you Neal, mom & dad for supporting and encouraging me.
  19. the power of prayer. I don't know what I would do without it.
  20. My agency...I have being told what to do.
  21. The temple...its a little piece of heaven on earth.
  22. Air conditioning!!!!!!!!!!!! The desert is way hot.
  23. My calling...I love serving in the young women's program. I'm learning so much. I love the girls already they are amazing.
  24. Music.
  25. The gift of the Holy Ghost.
  26. The scriptures
  27. Weight Watchers...for teaching me how to eat and think about food.
  28. My temple marriage.
  29. Great teachers.
  30. Scrapbooking.

Okay so I couldn't stop at 25. My life is filled with blessings, I could have kept going.

I made Neal write a list also. He had a hard time coming up with 25. Plus his list demonstrates how differently we think. One thing he is grateful for is that he is not a girl. I'm not sure what that is supposed to mean, but he is lucky he is not a girl. Being a girl is tough work and I don't think he can handle it. :-) I think in general women are hard on themselves. We judge ourselves to harshly and I for one don't take enough time to focus on the positives in life. If you are like me take a moment to list the blessings in your life. It will brighten your day! So TAG your it!

PS I can't wait to read your list.
